NHS ( Faltan 24 dias!!)

"Hi Pablo,

The Department of Health officer called me back today and were very helpful. They said that all dependents of a European passport holder who are ordinarily resident in the UK are entitled to free healthcare which includes having a baby. However, they did say that some doctors (GP's) question people who have been here less than 6 months just to be sure that they haven't come to the UK only to have a baby. So we would not have this problem because Karina would simply need to show that she was married to you (copy or original of your marriage certificate) and have some bills from your home that have both your names on it to show that you live together. Also I would give you a copy of the tenancy agreement. My contact said if you had any problems at all with the doctors, to contact them and they would help us.

Below are more details from the Department of Health website.

Best wishes"
